Giran Death Match

I want to mention that most of users miss the old giran death match when bosses like Ant Queen, Baphomets, and Valakas used to spawn. It was a lot more interesting that the current succ queen as the boss.

The old giran death match was also more successful than the current one because it had fixed time which was good for our servers. Many of us waited to enter the giran death match and the participants who couldn't enter would always enter as a spectator.

how bout the old deathmatch/event where it was a REAL deathmatch.... against people. Not mops... why is it even called a deathmatch when it's against mops? Makes no sense when it's not really a battle to the death for People.... Another great event/program that we will never see again

yea i'm pretty sure people vs people deathmatches are coming in next epi u update. the reward i believe are seal of victory.

old dm was awesome. now it's just lame and seems like a waste of time. heck, I've only particpated maybe twice since it was changed. used to try and go in at LEAST every other day, back when it was actually fun...would be great if lyzira could maybe plleeeeaaase change it back o.o

I miss the old death matches... Had to time it perfectly to even enter... So many of the fun things we used to have are gone... :mad:

Yes the old death match would be fun, and pvp for a death match would be a lot of fun. But make it worth our while with nice drops.

I voted no. Reason:
The old one had the old style dragons, among other bosses.

They are no challenge anymore.

If you want the old DM back with the current dragons, I am game. But you probably want a version without those dragons. Where would the challenge be?

The succubus queens require teamwork. I think thats fair. :)

I think every DM gets revamped with some future update... I have no clue if it was an update, part of EPU, or some side update, or an event, I am not sure, but I do remember seeing a post on korean sites showing the DMs with completely new/more mops and some sort of award system I think... who knows, maybe I am completely wrong since I never asked pledgemates what that was all about.

Plus the later EPU update does put those player vs player DM's into game in Gludio town, the 2 NPCs NC took out cause they were not updated yet. I think in those you cant see anyones name and the longer the DM drags on for the weaker the ppl get, I think, something along those lines. No clue of the award system for those.

I was yesterday told, that there will be a level 52 DM. I do not know if that is true, but it sounds challenging.

All that needs to be changed is: Succubus Queen boss --> random boss from old dm.

or at least add some drops to scub queens... scub queens wouldn't be so bad, if they actually dropped something worthwhile.

Last time I was in death match a Queen dropped me a pair of gloves. Not power gloves or crystal gloves or even ice gloves, just regular plain old gloves and nothing else.

Death Matches

* Test your PVP skills in the new Death Match games.
* Speak to Datu or Kusan in Gludin Village if you wish to test your PVP skills against other players.
* Death matches will begin as soon as 5 players have gathered.
* Up to 20 players at one time can battle against each other. The last man standing is the winner!


its my understanding that this is a new DM in gludio, I don't believe the current DMs are getting edited at all, but, we'll see.

I looked it up again, the google translated txt from gameabout about it. I would apear to be wrong BTW, looks like the majority of death matches get remake, and pvp death match is added on as well



the first listed is this one... don't remember which town 'eungisa' is... might be giran... the rest are pretty self explanitory TI, gludio, weldern... so, those are the ones it'll effect... this is the pve death match it looks like (from the screen shot provided on gameabout for it)

4-1. Endless war (the victory tensile)
Eungisa, Talking Island, geulrudin, weldon, guys are in town to participate in endless war and defeat the boss of the markers from the user, and then seal in front of the manager in the infinite through the seal of victory as you can change. 'Seal of victory' for the magic to get the dolls is the last item.



this is the second one listed, this is the pvp death match it looks like (from the SS provided on gameabout for it), I can't derive much meaning even from the translated text zzz, I hate google translator, lol.

4-2. Deseumaechi (seal of victory)
