Much has already been said about the difficulty all classes have in leveling their characters since the new episode started. Whether any of the nerfs will be changed, remains to be seen. Party hunts are great and my blood pledge engages in these all the time, however, most of us here in the states do want to level our characters and have spent many hours doing just that. With the new changes, this has become a problem for us all. My suggestion is is for TOI, as that is where a lot of us were leveling. Keep the first four floors of each level like it was before the changes. At least the damage done by the mops would help offset the soft ac and other nerfs on each character. Or another possible solution would be to increase the difficulty on each floor with the boss floor being the hardest, which would require a party to kill the mops and the boss. By taking away a leveling area for each class, the whole concept of the game has changed. Leveling your character is a big part of the game here in the states and efficient leveling is solo, not in a party.

All change in life seems difficult, and like everything , the epu is new to us as well as the changes, people in general hate change and for some take some time to adjust. I am a 49 lvl mage who is pretty weak, so the changes in hitting has affected me huge,,,, however, we just have to find new ways to lvl, the new tos area is awesome, tu works on most mops there when it works,,, I have gained over 30% since halloween and while I play daily its not always for long periods of time. All the hints from other players have been appreciated " Thank you " the folks on Ken are awesome and always happy to help with ideas on lvling and spells to use etc. We always bounce back from change and always find another way to continue hunting and lvling and playing the game .... it wouldn't be challenging if the game was that easy and stayed the same. So while I don't always agree with the changes , the game is still alot of fun and for someone who solos most of the time very very challenging..........

Hey guys im just curious what kind of difference the new 45-52 area is for everyone at 49-52. How much exp an hour do you get? 1% an hour is fairly typical in the older places.
I have heard at 49 knights / DE are getting 2% an hour being on the lower end and 2.5% an hour being more typical.
Is this true?

2.5% an hour for below 50 is kinda exagerated, but 2% seems to be more like it. That is if melee characters knows how to hunt there. Although, i'm about sure that elves (with their tripple shot) can do 2.5% an hour easy there. *note* I'm talking about well geared character.
BTW, it's not 45-52 area, it's 45-51 area. You get booted out as soon as you reach lvl 52.

So 2% is fairly normal, good to hear. Although it does get quite packed on LOA..I'd be curious to hear what LOA de / knights make per hr as well.

A melee char can expect 1.5-2%/hr fairly easy, whether on loa or other server. The spawn is good enough even on LoA, the hunting is nonstop. My de with ww doll is making at least 2%/hr. Mage with high enough int can do way more than this and though I haven't played elf yet, what I see, I imagine 2.5%/hr would be minimum for an elf. Key thing to remember here is don't get too worked about if mobs turn to another person or someone steals. If someone is really blatantly stealing, by all means stop the stealing, but in other cases forget about it and just kill what you can as quick as you can and the rest won't matter. If you spend too much time worrying about your mobs running away or some elf tagging your mobs as they are retreating, you will only make half the exp you want so relax and have fun.
Remember as you hunt here, if the mobs aren't attacking you then leave them alone, they most likely 'belong' to someone else and you are being very rude if you hit them. If, however, the retreating mob begins to attack you then by all means finish it off. Key here is, if the mob isn't attacking you leave it alone. This will make hunting here much more enjoyable for everyone and there are more than enough mobs here for you to move on and find your own :)

Yea I find the elves tag mine all the time even if they are hitting me from long range and the elf is on my screen they seem to think they are within their boundary to attack it just because I have more then 1 mop on me.
Yet when I do the same I get " ???? " interesting how that works...after a short talk they usually smarten up unless it's a bot then I just attack.
