Hi! My friend and I just started to play the US version for least than a month and our level is always close to each other. We used to play Lineage1 but in different version. My friend deleted his character once because he click the wrong condition the first time and he spent alot of time to catch up my level, which made him level up to 45 in a week or so. When he was at the level 46, his account got banned because they think he hack and using other program. I do not know if it is because level up to 46 least than two weeks made them think he is hacking. My level is 45 and nothing happen to me. He had armor -4X something and +9Yumi. I don't see anything wrong with level up to 46 within two weeks and it looks normal to me. Most of the time, we played the game together. I mean not just in the game. I always go to his house over weekend and play. Whenever GM asked him question, he answered it all the time, but they still think he hack.
Please help. The answer/question thing won't reply

my account was banned for using a third party program. So they say, i have never used any programs to play lineage. i have been playing 7 years and my highest character is level 51. i was only level 48 till the noob tos came out. i want you to re-examine the account of the character truHONOR on Ken Server your staff will not respond to my e-mails and will not give me a reason why it is banned other than say it was banned for using a third party program. it is my daughters account. they are 6 and 10 and was running the pet matches when they account got banned. so did monitor try to talk to them and they did not see it? or is the monitor just trying to bann all legit players so they can shut them game down?

Hi. I have a rather major problem. A friend of mine named Brownknight, on Depardieu server, has a wife he recently introduced to Lineage. Well, his wife, character name MrsBK, made it to level 45 in 6 weeks, which is not a short time given she had help from Brownknight as well as myself and other blood pledge mates. Well, now she has been permanently banned, for honestly I have no idea why. She is Indian, and cannot speak English that well, all I can imagine is there was some communication
breakdown.

Could you please look into this incident? A friend of mine who I've never known to cheat, and who I trust completely, is about to leave game because of this, and I've talked to his wife, there's really no way she would have cheated, or broke any of the rules.
