Ancient enchant book - how its suppose to be found correct info

Ok, after some research , and alot of questions, heres what seems to be the use

The bug in Test right now is ONLY that the item blows up,

The weapon has a chance to go +1, and the 2.5m part is that you get to keep your

weapon , if it fails. The weapon after failure will read +0, instead of blowing up.

THESE SCROLLS NEVER WENT LIVE: they where on test during the testing of this episode,

and never made it to live server.

Worth it if the weapon itself and the + on it, was worth MORE than 2.5m.

Since it never went to Live server , to my knowledge, i cant find that

confirmed anywhere, and if we can get that there wasnt a Live version

then the possible Bug on test, wouldnt matter as much.
