New Content Newsletter

Just wondering if any of you gets the new content newsletter from NC. My wife got the newsletter, her account was inactive. Speaking of that, I didnt get it even though my account was inactive too around the time NC send out the newsletter.

While on this topic, im hoping NC would send another wave of new content newsletter to every account that's inactive even those that's 5 or 10 years ago. This is the easiest and cheapest way to get more users to play the game again.

Strongly suggest, NC to give out 1 week of free game time using the time card code for those inactive accounts. Get the old users to come back and get hooked again. Hey, u dont lose anything.... Those time card are for something virtual. If there are few users like now, they dont turn into money (just codes for game time).

What do you guys think? In my eyes, NC has nothing to lose...

We are looking into ideas for reactivation plans for our next big update Season 3 Crack of Time. We have not made any formal decisions yet.

For the newsletter, I myself did not receive one, then realized that in my master plaync account, I had opted out of receiving them. If you did not receive the newsletter, check your master account settings to make sure you have agreed to receive them and that we have your current email address

Maybe i opt out from receiving newsletter, hence i didnt get one. Cant NC break that rule just once so that even those that opt out gets the newsletter?

Nyx, are you guys working on season 3 ep1 or busy with bug fixing?

I rather NC would push out the season 3 ep1 (new classes) a.s.a.p. Sort of fast forwarding the content. Maybe some of bugs we have right now will mysteriously be fixed with the new content. Then work on fixing the bugs from there. Season 3 ep1 is after all a very big, promissing, exciting content.

If these things dont happen fast enough, who knows where you'll be. The new person who take over might have different ideas.
