Betcha you think this is going to be a bad thread >:P
My husband and I have been very pleasantly surprised recently with the customer support on plaync and especially concerning Lineage 1. My husband had a very old account from a long time ago and he had lost all of his information for this account. In my head I was thinking, "There is no way we are going to get this account information considering we have almost no recollection of anything from 9 years ago lol." The staff worked with my husband and after a few days we recieved an email with all of his information. He was very happy, and I am very happy that he can play with me now in Lineage ![]() Also on a personal note, some of you knew about my KG ring incident a few weeks back. I was 1 of 2 people that had thier KG ring up and vanish. It took a week but I got the KG ring back. The best part was they didnt just stick it in my inventory. A GM tracked me down and waited for me to be logged on to personally hand me the ring. A lot of people know I spend a lot of time in shop mode due to my medical issues so this GM had to have a lot of patience to catch me at the right time lol. Not only did they do that they actually sparked up a conversation! It seems the GM or NC staff has noticed my posts about FF13 lol, the GM asked me how I was enjoying FF13 and we had a nice conversation about FF7/13. To me things like this are extremely valuable to players. In this day and age real, honest, hard working, friendly people are so hard to come by in the field of customer service but to me NC has excelled and earned an A+ by me. To me this means that people like the one's NCW Lineage has are worth employing and keeping around. It is also important to tell these people that they are doing a wonderful job and mean it. I cannot remember a single time I have had to contact support where it was anything but a perfect experience. I hope they stick to what they are doing now because whatever it is it is working. Thanks to the Lineage guys for everything you do, it actually does mean something to a lot of us that you are proud of your work and do it well... it really does show.

Totally agree with this post.
I created an account today, only cos I had a similar unexpectedly brilliant experience with support and I wanted to commend NC for some really great customer service! I had accidently dissolved my Zenith ring. I didn't even realise I had since there was no alert or anything. I raised a ticket not expecting much of it. It took a little over a week but GMSabre tracked me down in game and gave me back the ring in exchange for the value of crystals I received when I dissolved it. I realize you probably get a lot of complaints on the board, I just wanted to highlight that not everyone is pissed off at you all the time And we really appreciate the effort you guys have put in recently.Thanks again |

^^ You guys are great, Good Job NC on this...My stuff with support nver goes anywere i send in tickets and they ignore me.lol nothing ever done about what i send them,but i belive they are trying hard
