Are you trying to paste it into the message? This site doesnt host pics. You have to put your pic on a file hosting site then insert a link.
www.photobucket.com is a good one, I use it and it's easy.

right click the properties of ur pic u have say on a blog and copy the URL then put it in the lil url box.Pyro showed me how!

From my understanding the alliance system is like any other of the group systems. If you join someone, that player become the leader. Only the leader can accept new members.
The server is saying that the royal is not qualified. He is either to low or already in a alliance. Try the same with 2 new royals or with an old royal that joins a new. Just to see what happens.
