Update to PTS

PTS will be brought down at 2pm Pacific / 4pm Central / 5pm Eastern / 10pm GMT for an update. Approximate downtime is 30 minutes.

The issue where some pouches were empty has been fixed.
Other drop rates were modified.
KG ring timer changed to 20 minutes.

Please assist us in testing the changes!
