Lineage Login Fails, Plz help

So I've recently reinstalled my computer and I'm currently running Windows 7 64bits on my laptop. I've downloaded all the nProtect files and the 3e5 error has gone away.
However, I'm still unable to log in. When I try to login, after hitting "enter" on the login page, nothing happens. (And yes, even if I enter random letters for username and password, there is no response as well.)
It seems almost as if none of the information is sent to server. But I've ensured all my firewall and anti-virus are shut. The difficulty I'm having right now is that I don't know why I can't log in. It doesn't even tell me anything on the login page. Nothing happens and it stops there. Does anyone have similar problem or have any input on what the probable causes are?

I have had the same exact problem on every Win7 machine I have tried to install Lineage on (i think its up to 6 now). I have not been able to find an a solution either.

Are any of you guys running lin on Win7 by any chance?

0 problem for me.
Windows 7 32-bits.

The windows vista 64 fix should work windows 7 64.

I have to ask because this same problem keeps popping up. Did you do a search on this forum to see if you could find help there? There are at least a dozen threads that have commonalities to your circumstance.

Normally I would'nt say "do a search" but in this case a search will most likely yield faster/better results as many people who have posted about this in the past must be getting tired of repeating themselves.

If you do a search you will find 2 people here that use Win 7 64 Bit that have gotten Lineage to run properly.

Problem is SJ, that i and others have tried the posted solutions and they still do not work. I was hoping maybe for some fresh perspective. Maybe even an answer from Nyx and crew.

Did you check out the PLAYNC help guides? They have much more details and technical help topics there. Just bouncing ideas off of ya.

So late but I found it.

I am posting this now because I just today installed Lineage onto my Laptop which is running Windows 7 ultimate. I was able to run the installer then I click the short cut and click my server but then at the login screen it freezes after I type 1 to 2 letters.

I did some research and am now going to try to follow this. This fix worked on my Windows Vista Prof so hoping it will work for Win 7.

Although now for no apparent reason my win vista wont run lineage anymore. It was running it fine and now all of a sudden when you run it the credits come up but the monitor keep flickering back and forth from Lineage to the desktop. Very strange, havent tried to fix it because I havent needed it. If it wont run on my laptop then I'll try to figure out what is wrong with my vista machine.

I'll update after I do the fix on win 7 machine.

That is a no go. I applied the fix and this time I got to double click my character after log in and boom! Blue screen of death! I havent seen one of those since windows 2000. Lineage caused the blue screen of death lol. My Win7 operating system shut down and when it came back up it said there was a fatal problem and asked me if I wished for the os to fix it. It's idea of fixing the problem? Deleted my lineage files... so, going to retry and hope for a different outcome.

Now you see the frustration we are facing SJ. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Wish NC would just fix it already. They have a perfectly good win7/Vista 32 and 64 bit client in Korea, so I understand.
